ULTRAMARATHON CHALLENGE FOR VETERANS CHARITIES

In October this year, Reservist Chris Koster from 4 PWRR will be running a 100km 2 day Ultra marathon through the Sahara in Tunisia. This challenge will see him run 50km a day, carrying all his food and water too.

The challenge is all for a great cause, as he will be raising money for four veteran’s charities:

  • Re-org – Support armed forces personal through functional fitness
  • The not forgotten – support ex- service personnel with injury and illness
  • Team forces – supporting forces communities with opportunities for sport and challenge

SOCIAL MEDIA

Why Posting Consistently is Important

Posting regularly helps keep your audience engaged and reminds them that you’re active as social media algorithms often prioritise active accounts.

With each post, you’re creating an opportunity for more engagement and conversation. The more content you have, the more chances people have to interact with you.

💬 How to Post Consistently 💬

Create a Content Calendar – this helps you plan your posts ahead of time.

Set a Posting Frequency – You don’t have to post every day, but it’s important to post on a regular schedule. Whether that’s 3 times a week or daily, sticking to your set frequency helps your audience know when to expect content from you.

Repurpose Content  – If you’re worried about coming up with new content all the time, repurpose your content! Take blog posts, old videos, or even user-generated content and refresh them into different formats. For instance, you can turn a popular blog post into a graphic for Instagram or create a short clip from a longer YouTube video.
