It was the start of a very busy week for our Employer Engagement Team recently who hosted a group of South East Gold Employer Recognition Scheme Award holders at the 8th annual SERFCA Leadership Luncheon at Old College, RMA Sandhurst.
Guests were given two outstanding presentations on Leadership from Lieutenant Colonel Russell Lewis MC, Commanding Officer of 1st Battalion London Guards; followed by Rob Boughton, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Thakeham.
This was then followed by a hearty lunch in the Marlborough Room, a Gold Award Association (GAA) meeting hosted by SE GAA representative Canon Peter Bruinvels and tour of Old College and Chapel by Dr Sebastian Puncher, Curator of The Sandhurst Collection
