The SERFCA engagement team had the pleasure of working with West Berkshire Council last week to complete the signing of the their Armed Forces Covenant.
Cllr Stephanie Steevenson, Armed Forces Champion, said “By signing, we’re committed to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the contribution that Service personnel, both regular and Reservist, Veterans and military families make to our organisation, our community and to the country.”
The Covenant was signed by leader of the council, Cllr Jeff Brooks, at Shaw House in Newbury and co-signed by Lieutenant Colonel Tim Hebberd (Princes of Wales’s Royal Regiment)
