On Wednesday 4 September 2024 we were delighted to celebrate our Silver Employer Recognition Scheme award winners in the beautiful grounds of Admiralty House at HM Naval Base Portsmouth.
After the 24 new Silver Awards were presented, guests watched spectacular performances by Gordon’s School Pipes and Drums and the Royal Marines Band. Thanks also to the RAF Salon Orchestra for performing during the reception.

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire other organisations to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community and align their values with the armed forces covenant.
