As part of the Regional Command Employer Engagement portfolio, Morson Group have committed to a series of briefs to service personnel to promote in-service qualifications and courses. The intent to assist Service Personnel to maximise their worth and make the most of the opportunities the Army / Armed Forces offer so that, when we do deicide to leave the services, they do so having maximised their future career potential.
The aim of this virtual Project Management Insight Event is to enhance career readiness and support retention by giving a clear and defined understanding of what ‘Project Management’ is and how, through service, personnel can acquire the relevant transferable skillsets to consider it as a next career. This event will provide tangible professional development for unit personnel while also supporting wider retention and transition objectives.
This session is designed specifically for the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, and service leavers.
