The scheme recognises employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate and advocate support to defence and the armed forces’ Community and align their values with the Armed Forces’ Covenant.

 

The event concluded with a beating retreat by the The Bands of HM Royal Marines – an incredible spectacle thoroughly enjoyed by all.
